Who:   Building a Healthier Sweet Home Together serves the citizens of the rural community of Sweet Home, Oregon, and all who work and recreate in this community and region of east Linn County.

What: 

  • Build a new 17,000-square-foot family medicine and urgent care clinic with a pharmacy and helipad.
  • Renovate existing clinic on Main Street for expanded physical therapy and rehabilitation services.

Where:  Property off of Highway 20 near Wiley Creek for new clinics and helipad. Existing clinic to expand physical therapy services.

When:  A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Aug. 29, 2022. Construction is expected to be complete by Fall 2023.

Why:  Provide health care enhancements and improve access for citizens of Sweet Home, meet the community health priorities for the future as identified by the city of Sweet Home in strategic planning conversations.
